This machine features an automatic shutdown if it detects a leak in the "sandwich" wall sides. It might be that your machine has had a little water seepage while you installed it or some such, where the sensor is even though there is no leak. Dry it out and your machine should start.
I had this same problem, and called for a technician as the machine was still under warranty. And this is what the tech said. An hour or so of trouble-shooting and then drying it out (you may have tilt and wiggle it to be able to pour it out).
Dishwasher?
I'll assume that your machine only has the one motor, runs one way to wash and opposite to empty. If it is then one of the impellors has been damaged (broken glass?) and needs replacing.
