i will shortly be installing a new kitchen in my house and my problem is where to run the waste pipes from the sink, dishwasher and washing machine as the appliances are to be relocated. my idea is to take the shortest route through the kitchen wall and directly into the soil pipe just outside, unfortunately i do not know if it is ok to direct the pipe through a soil pipe cover or if there are any products on the market that i could use. hope someone can help. icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif

You can use a "Strap On Boss" (ooh err misses)

See here
http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?cId=101624&ts=26038&id=81605

Obviously a new hole of the correct size need to be cut in the stack to take this fitting and that the Boss needs to be solvent welded to the soil stack around the new hole.
Cheers
