Kitchen Sink

My partner is fittin our new sink. We have an outside tape connected to the old sink, how do i remove this and install it into my new sink? Will i need to remove the outside tap all together or just the pipe?Is this a fairly simple job or would i be easier calling in a plumber?

The tap should not be connected to the sink

Unscrew waste and tap supplys and any sink fixings and then remove the sink
