I want to lsy rubber flooring on top of limestone tiles, what do I need to do to achieve best results?

Rubber Tiles ontop of ceramic tiles

I want to lay rubber flooring ontop of ceramic tiles. Would I need to lay plywood down first? If so, the floor height will raise about 8mm, which is too high. Any other suggestions?
