whirlpool ADG 7540 fault

My Whirlpool ADG 7540 has drained down to the last 2cm and stopped.There is a continuous beep and light flashing on the start button. I've cleaned the filter and poured hot water in but it still wont work. Any ideas please.

I have the same problem - I believe that it is the Heating elemt, because it completes the rinse cycle, but starts beeping continiously and flashing in any of the other programmes. Am I correct? Anybody any idea?
