refilling central heating circuit on boilermate 2000

Hello all, i am new here so please go easy on me!
I recently re-hung a radiaotr in the downstairs lounhge that was about to fall off. When it was re-connected I opened both valves and it filled up fine, but I couldn;t find anyware to top up the heating circuit on the boilermate cylinder.

Is it fed from the f&e that supplies the hot water?

Any ideas?

The hot water f & e you mention will be the ch f&e as the boilermate is mains pressure for the h/w therefore no tank needed
