Turned up to fit one of their monobloc kitchen taps this morning. Not only were the tail connections bigger than anything I had in the van they were a left handed thread, so I had to use the supplied rigids. What a pain. I don't know if all of this make of tap has the left hand thread but I'll be giving them a wide berth in future.

I learnt this lesson about fitting shed bits the hard way too. Never again. Wait till customers needs spares :rolleyes:
 
I've already stopped fitting their rads. Take them out of the apparently undamaged packaging only to find that they're marked. Go back for a replacement and find they either have no more in stock or they are all equally bashed. This job gets harder by the day.
