tile up to or undercabinets?

We are remodeling and tiling over a concrete floor that has been repaired but has a slight slope (1/2 in. 8 feet). We are going to install cabinets for a bar in a corner of this large family room. We will be using 12in ceramic tiles. Should we tile first or tile after the cabinets are installed?
