Whirlpool DU920QWDQ3 won\\\'t run

Whirlpool Quiet Wash Plus won\\\'t run - shows \\\"normal\\\" and then \\\"washing\\\" and \\\"water heating\\\" but no motor running. Tried reset, hot water in bottom, disconnect and reconnect 2-wirw connection bottom right. Any ideas? Serial FE5213864.

No idea of the model as it's not a UK machine.
From your description I'd guess at either a faulty wash motor or pcb.
