Hi,
I have what appears to be a shower tray with honeycombed polystyrene base.
I am going to sit the base on tiles. I wonder is it OK for the base to get wet or do I need to somehow seal the edge of the plastic base to protect the foam inside.
Also the base has a kind of plastic box under the drain hole. Do I need to fit some kind of S-bend to this box.
Help most appreciated.
Cheers,
Baz. |

Hi,
Sorry I forgot to say, the shower is a stand alone unit, with one plastic side containing the shower and 3 glass sides, so I suppose the tray does not have to be flush to a wall.
Thanks,
Baz. |
