Aqualisa Quartz Shower not working

The above shower is 4 years old. Just been on a weeks holiday. Went to have a shower and not possible. Not working, no noise. Have checked fuse which is fine. Any ideas please?

IIRC they come with a 5 year warranty?

Thanks for that. I did call them but unfortunately don't have the receipt when it was purchased.

Try getting them to honour the warranty by giving them the serial number. This will prove beyond doubt how old it is

Have you reset the controller?

I installed my quartz a year ago and the mains switch is in the electricity cupboard (rather than having a single switch outside the bathroom).

I generally leave it switched on all the time, and occasionally it refuses to start when I push the button.

Resetting the power from the mains switch pretty much always gets it going again.

I have same issue, they say that serial number wont give age of unit. 5 Year guarantee is great, but who keeps or can find a receipt in 5 years!
