how do i wire a junction box up i want to fit 3 down lights in my bedroom using my existing light

its nice that you ask, but are you sure you should be doing that. electricity has no prejudices, it kills anyone

tarbz, your question is ambiguous. You will get more response if you explain more specifically what you intend to do. People are less likely to advise you if they don't know what it is exactly you want to do. Some (but certainly not all!) of the things you should include are:

Is your plan to remove an existing ceiling rose and instead have 3 downlights?

Are these downlights mains voltage or 12V?

What is above your bedroom (i.e. is there a loft space above the bedroom which you can access?)
