Reply with quote Thanks

I turned the flood light on and it seems to have knocked out the power in my bedroom, just the bedroom. The circuit breaker was not tripped at all, but I get no power in that room. Any ideas?

First thing i'd try is swapping the breaker for another one of the same rating. Sometimes breakers do fail permanently in various ways.

Failing that its time to start searching for bad connections and possiblly hidden fuses (though i don't think you americans normally have fuses/breakers outside your main panel unlike us brits).
