I just installed a new shower upstairs hot water from combi boiler. it is hard to control the water temperature by using the thermostatic control knob. when it goes hot I turn the knob to cold a bit. it will go so cold. vice versa. it is hard to get the right point to make the water warm. any idea please thanks

not sure, I will check it today. the second one is , for example, if I set the shower temperature to 30 degree. there is another shower downstairs. that one will be under 30 . no matter how to adjust the hot water knob. it cannot reach any hotter.
