I laid a floor with quarry tiles a year ago but didn't do the best job with the grout and so theyre looking really old and worn already. What's the best way to go about restoring them and re-grouting?

1. Hack out grout.
2. Apply new grout.
3. Let new grout dry.
4. Seal new grout.
5. Stand back in amazement.
