Solid Pine Doors

I have recently moved into a victorian house where there was obviously a very active (and frustrated) cat and two of the panel doors are scratched incredibly. Is it possible to fill these adequately and can the bottom panel which has been scratched right through be replaced. I intend to paint them so the colour doesn't really matter. Any help gratefully received. Also I need to replace the missing bathroom door which is 2ft 3" wide by 6ft 1" - is there a door I can buy to do this - preferably half glazed? Or is it possible to cut 5" off any door which is widely available?
