Soil Pipe in Bathroom

I wish to put a new bathroom suite in, by merging a separete WC and BathRoom. The best layout means I will need to do a 180 degree turn from the WC back to an internal Soil pipe. Do you think it wil work OK. Can you get 90 degree pipes, I have only found 92.5 degree bends?
