Advice - Moving combi boiler

The boiler is on one wall, if I move it 2 feet to the right, rotating 90o on to the sidewall (it is in a corner). I will gain a much much needed cupboard space for the kitchen.

Will it be worth it, or will the cost and bother of moving pipes etc be too much?

Would you still have the minimum clearance in front of the new boiler position to the new cupboard?
 
yes as there is a gap over a foot large from the side of the boiler to the wall.

With maybe a double or triple hinged door covering the boiler, or just a snap on front, this could easily work
