Whirlpool 2000 Door Slippage

I have a problem with the oak door front fixed on the front of my dishwasher.

Basically the cupboard front is attached to the dishwasher door front but it slips down 10cm or so until the bottom of the door catches on the base of the dishwasher when opening... so the door won\\\'t open fully wihout lifting the door front up.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and how did you resolve it ?

It sounds like the clips aren't tightening up onto the plastic strips properly.
You can remove the plastic strips and screw straight through into the door or you can replace the plastic strips. (Swap left for right, that sometimes works).
