ceiling lights

hi guys,
i am fitting five ceiling spotlights from a single, rose,i know they dont have to be earthed,do i run 1 double 2 core wire from the rose to the first light and run the wires from the 1st to the second light and so on,or do i run 5 seperate wires from the rose to each light,please help
