how to hire someone?

I have just bought a house with parquet flooring downstairs. I would like to hire someone to sand this for me. Can anyone reccommend someoneone/ company/ know of where I should go to find someone to do this for me. I live in Brighton. Thanks!

PrincesPukka, it might be worth first checking if a proper cleaning and applying a proper maintenance product (a bit of TLC) brings back the lustre of the parquet floor before you resort to sanding?
