I have a few cracked quarry tile that are set in grout on top of a cement floor. How do I remove the broken tile without cracking the other tile and replacing the broken ones?

smash it to bits, by hitting it in the centre (obviously you need to wear saftey goggles etc) then work outwards

Or drill a few holes in it first using a masonry bit.

If the grout line is wide enough, you can drill this out.
