machine will not use conditioner, just leaves it in the drawer. Any ideas would be appreciated, many thanks in advance

Mine has started to do the same thing, clean out the drawer and it works ok for a couple of times then fails to drain the conditioner -

advice needed

Hoover engineer has enlarge the rinse holes by using a drill. All is working fine now with the washing liquid being completely emptied...
