Hi. My daughter just inherited the above (Honeywell) in a house. No manual from previous owner. She can't figure out how to light the pilot. Too far away for me to pop over, so details are from phone calls. There's a grey knob and an ignitor button. She says she can't see a spark but that means nothing as she knows nothing about boilers - same as me! The grey knob has an arrow on it. It says she needs to depress this and hold for 15 seconds once ignited. Does she need to press and turn this knob, then ignite and hold, or press only, ignite, then turn? The arrow is confusing us with no manual to refer to. Thanks.

Just press and ignite pilot.

Dont turn as this function is to extinguish the pilot flame.
