Stained wood bleeding through

We are painting our window seal and surround, it was original stained mahogany. We have sand the wood work down throughly, cleaned it up, unibonded it, primed it, undercoated it, but the stain is still bleeding through, please help!!!

get some Zinsser B.I.N. shellac based sealer....apply with a cheap brush and then chuck brush away........that`ll hold it back icon_wink.gif
