can I use self adhesive vinyl floor tiles to tile bathroom walls. walls are brand new plasterboard with a coating of diluted pva to seal?

leave a 2mm gap and grout the joints icon_lol.gif

Sorry im being silly here. I would say they will stick if primed. But no guarantee. O and only joking about the grout bit

Is there a sealing solution I can get that I could paint all over the tiled walls to seal them or is this not necessary?

not really. But end of the day you are sticking floor tiles to the wall. Floor tiles get there strength by you walking on them. Guess you wont be walking up your walls so you have chance of them falling off with heat, showers etc.
