Cutting rebates in door for lock

I have used a hammer and chisel before but then thought why don't I use my router.

Do you think I can find a router bit that will go 70mm deep?

It would be so much easier to use a router than hammer and chisel but I can't find a router bit anywhere that will do it.

Any ideas? Do joiners\chippies still use hammer and chisel?

Don't need a jig - just a router bit and can't find it.

you need a jig to use a router especially with the 3" cutters trend do for there jig

i just use auger/spade bits in my drill.
