Hi I have a problem.
Ever since we had our sunshine.
My door has dropped and it is catching at the bottom.
On my hinge there is a alum key at the bottom on which I have adjusted clock rise. Which seems to have lifted the door.
However there is a gap where the door seal is not touching the frame.
I can hear the traffic outside and feel the cold coming through it.
Somebody told me to adjust the top of the hinge.
However there is just a bolt head at the top not a alum key hole.
This turns when I move the alum key from the bottom.
Please help.

Do you know who fitted the door?

It may be just a case of correctly packing the glazed area or infill, i.e. toe 'n' heel packing etc.
