upvc back door leaking

Hi i need some advice please i have an inwardly opening upvc back door and after heavy rain the door seals fine no problems until i open it and water seems to come from a hole underneath the door .

Its can be quite a bit and very anoying as it always goes on the carpet !

Is there anything i can do to stop this

The integral door threshold is supposed to have drain holes or slots to the outside....just check that they aren't blocked with silicone or grot etc.

Hi The door frame is draining fine what is happening is it appears water is still in the door when i open it it comes from under the door

seems an awful design as the door appears to be made to fill up with water !

Is there a drip bar on the outside at the bottom of the door slab?
