Upvc door has dropped

Hi all I need help.

The door has dropped so I'm having to force it to close. I've taken some photos of the hinges, can someone help?

Also do the hinges have coverings? I've tried to prize them off but no luck.

To take off the hinge cap open the door and release the screw in the back of the hinge (in your first pic)
