So that it's removable, but won't easily fall off? I'm setting up an old glass fish tank ready for a couple of gerbils. It's a very deep tank, which I'll half fill with substrate for them to make tunnels in anyway, but I want to add some wooden platforms to make things more interesting. I was hoping somebody would be able to advise me on the best way to attach the wood levels to the glass, so they'll be strong enough to hold a toy or 2 and have the gerbils jumping up and down from them, but still be removable so I can cange them round from week to week? Is it even possible?

The way i would do it is either with some bathroom sealant or similar or you could use double sided tape to attach an L shaped bracket and then rest / attach to that...
