Dear experts....

Getting there slowly but the concrete got the base goes in this week.

3 x 5 metres
Building the frame from 75 x 47 mm timber.
Cladding will be tongue and groove with pvc liner behind the cladding.

The question is, what space should I have between the uprights of the frame and how many noggins to use?

Use breather membrane on the outside (cold side) and polythene on the inside (warm side) should you wish to insulate.

i personally would think hard about your inside surfaces and look at sheet ply 12mm for the walls and 6mm for the roof then you can hang what you like from it and it will take a good bashing without major damage

if you go the sheet ply then you should look at 406mm[16"]or even 609mm[24"]

just be aware that other sheet material like plasterboard tend to be metric now

Agree will Big-all, sheet ply on interior also adds substantial strength to the building.
