Hi mate : I was the skin of my teeth from the sack. A senior person has copied my statements and taken issue with my tsm. tsm and me had a chat in mcdonalds and I am silenced but still in work... for the moment. What it boils down to is that you don't bight the hand that feeds you. There is no doubt at all I will not get another chance. In any case they just layed a perfectly good man on our team off who has been there 2 yrs and is mobile he was covering Nottingham lately from up here, so not as if he isn't willing. They are right up to speed with the service work and breakdowns are few. So they don't really need an excuse to say goodbye to me, but if I give them an excuse that's the end of it. now I would survive but I would rather not have to. Thanks for the help and for the interest. My tsm is ok with me or I wouldn't be still there by all accounts he was fighting for me all weekend.
