Hi Zampa,

hope you don't mind me contacting you. I read a post that you left about Rated Tradesmen and other similar websites. I'm not a tradesmen but I know a few tradesmen who express the same opinion. So I've got together with a friend and we've decided to see if we can't build a better Web service.

We carried out research and found various websites in operation. However, the general feeling amongst tradesmen in forums is that these websites can provide benefits but more often than not they tend to give tradesmen a poor service, though this is not always the case.

Our mission is to create something of real benefit for both customers and tradesmen. We don’t want to be like the rest. We want to be better and we want to be inclusive. So we’ve designed a survey so that you can have your say and input into the building of this service.

Below is a link to access our survey. We would really appreciate it if you could give us your feedback. The survey will only take a few minutes and we created it using a company called SurveyMonkey.com.

If you have any questions feel free to leave me a post and feel free to forward on the link to anybody you feel would be keen to voice their opnion.

Kind regards,
tkm
