thankyou Bernard, as always I appreciate your input. I am a little perplexed, I would assume the router has all the bells and whistles, it is a big sisco unit, "bt managed service" - bt installed it. I would think it would have the facility to self-reboot, but it doesn't seem to be set up for this! And there are at least 2000 of these in operation across our food business alone. Still, where theres savings to be had, they have to take advantage!

Thanks Bernard. I do live about 20 metres from a new 6m mobile phone mast, i uses several wireless appliances in the home (phones/internet router etc) and my intention was to rule out any POSSIBILITY that i may be getting interference.
I appreciate you saying that it wont make a difference, do you think that any of the above emmitters could cause any interference?
