TO kmm1 Will you please inform us all did Roof Revive Limited write to you, make you any offer of a refund, are you still in contact with them, what did they say or offer you? Did you contact Trading Standards, any Traders Complaints Organisation, or a national newspaper and if so what happened? As the work been satisfactory and are you still unhappy with the job and price. Since you last wrote I and others have took up the issue on your behalf, but its now your turn to take part and to alert us all to any changes in your views or plans. If Roof Revive Limited have settled this matter then in fairness to them you should let the public know.
