Hi, Wanted to check on the "repressurising a pressure vessel write up.
You clearly describe how to verify the PV is empty of water. but once it is empty of water the words seem to suggest that the vessel is left with the nominal 10psi pressure as at this point the words move to refilling the system to 1 bar.
I'm assuming that this is the point (after emptying and before refilling) at which I would pressurise the PV to a specific value if specified.
In my case I have an external PV CIMM ERE CE 24 which the label suggests should be filled to 1.5bar (I reckon as 21-22psi).
Am I reading correctly?

Hello Chris

I'm looking to replace a Potterton PTT1 cylinder thermostat and in a reply on this forum a long while ago you said that you then had a supply. Is that still true and if so could I get one from you? If not can you recommend an alternative. The PTT1 replacement, PTT2, requires a live feed and that is difficult in my airing cupboard.

Hi, Chris just saw your post in GD about a camera fine , a similar occurance happened to me and I was sure it coudl'nt have been me and so I chanced it with a stupid name and a address in mars somewhere and it worked cos I did'nt hear out ever, lol. it just pisses me off to think they get the law abidders when the criminals can get away with it.
The name I gave was ben dover lol...
Just a thought...I hope you get it sorted, sos for not replying in the GD forum too many knobs in there.
