Kim- I dont know if this is the way to get a message to you. I liked your IG servicing. I have installed quite a few IG boilers and am hoping to retire when the next £200 fee comes due and I suddenly become incompetent overnight. I will be looking for someone to recommend to my customers for their servicing and other work. Would you be willing to take them off me, in the Rugby / Lutterworth / South Leicester area?

Hi Eco, no worries. This is the manual we were left when we moved in - http://www.aroundtownflats.com/manuals/Boilers/Ferroli/F30.pdf.
I've changed the switch but it doesn't seem to have done the job - I am currently connecting the leads to the COM and NO connections, though if I connect to the COM and NC connections it does work, presumably becuase this is the equivalent of overriding the switch (I've spoken to the Ferroli helpline today and they were adamant that it should be COM and NO, no matter how much I wanted it to be the other way round). I didn't know this last night though so we used the hot water as my wife was desperate - will I have done any damage? I've turned it off now. I've also put a picture of the new switch in my album as there's what looks like a removable tab in the centre of the switch, do I need to remove this? When I removed the old switch the old one was full of cr*p.
