no a jib electrician would test and do the job properly that was my point this part p thing has not done what is should of and that was to drop the cowboys and clowns and the reality is it has just made it easier for them take it easy

I think we were agreeing I was saying a diyer wanted to do thier own work they can as long as they are competent to do so and be prepared to be held accountable by signing for it if they aint got the kit or knowledge they should get a spark...
