I'm not sure if I'm replying to the right comment or to you. This is in reply to the water. The garage and basement are on separate levels. The water was quite heavy and only under the 6 x 6 pieces of carpet. I'm not sure about any plumbing under the garage but I don't think so. There is a crawl space close to the garage and under the family room which walks out to the garage. The crawl space was under water years ago according to the neighbors but was taken care of by putting under ground gutters around the house. This was a bank owned house so I didn't get much history on it. What were the other questions?
Hi Securespark I wonder if you could oblige me with a Concept engineer's manual. I have to see this guy who is having problems with his one. As I am likely to have to go into the panel and reset to default settings I'm not too sure how to do it. I am more used to dealing with Texecom Veritas. Hi mate. I am currently in the process of selling my flat, which has an ADE Optima Compact alarm. My fiancee bought the flat and has never used the alarm since she moved in, but we would like to know if there is any way to re-activate it. Do you think it may be possible to reset the alarm code so we can do so? Unfortunately, as the previous owners have moved on from their last known address we have no way of locating the current code that may be fixed into the system. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi I have a problem wth my Optima XL 6 alarm. We had a power cut whereby, after the power came back on the only light showing on the diplay, is the power on LED. The alarm no longer works intems of allowing me to enter my code etc.
