  Washable Fabrics

Keep dipping article in lukewarm water until the majority of the colour is removed. Using equal parts of glycerine and warm water rub into the stain, then rinse with cold water. Soak in biological detergent, wash as usual.

  Non Washable Fabrics

Carefully sponge with a solution of a tablespoon of borax dissolved in a pint of lukewarm water, do not allow to become too wet. Should stain remain dry-clean.

  Carpets and Furnishings

Use the same treatment as for non-washable fabrics. Carpets will need shampooing.
