Immerse immediately in cold water, allow to soak for a while.
Wash as usual .Any remaining mark can be treated with a stain remover.

Carpets and Furnishings
With a clean cloth or kitchen towels dipped in cold water, repeatedly
apply to stain. Blot off each time with a dry cloth, followed by carpet
or upholstery shampoo.
