Remove as much as possible, then soak in warm water containing
a biological detergent. Rinse in cold water. If any stains
remain, treat with a solution of 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of ammonia
in 500 ml (1 pint of warm water), being sure to test on a hem
first. Wash as normal.
Non Washable Fabrics
Remove as much as possible. Gently sponge with cold water. Take
to dry cleaners.
Carpets and Furnishings
Remove as much as possible, then treat the same as non-washable
articles. Dried-on stains can treated by applying an equal mixture
of glycerine and warm water. Shampoo if necessary.
