Remove excess, then using a clean cloth dipped in white spirit, apply to the back of the fabric to remove the stain. Once this is removed, apply diluted washing up liquid in cold water to the fabric, which can then be washed as normal.
 

 
Carefully use white spirit as in washable fabrics. If stain does persist take to the dry-cleaners.
