MyGARD Monitoring is a comprehensive, cost efficient way of monitoring a property for burglary, fire and personal attack.
When the alarm is activated MyGARD will call the premises to check for false alarms. If the alarm is not cancelled or the person who answers
doesn't give the right PIN we carry out the instructions set by the property owner - MyGARD will make phone calls, send text messages and e-mails to a maximum of 6 contact people. The registration for Group4 Patrol & Response allows the property owner or their key holders if authorised to do so to send the Group4 patrol to check the premises. The monitoring instructions can be viewed and amended on the MyGard online account as well as the alarm activations reports.
MyGARD Monitoring allows you to look after your alarm from anywhere in the world.
Notes:
- Group4 Patrol & Response call outs are charged at £45 for the first hour, after that at £11.25 per 15 minutes until the patrol leaves the premises. The majority of the call outs are completed within 60 minutes.
- The MyGARD Monitoring and Group4 Patrol & Response contract is for 12 months.
- MyGARD Monitoring is available with Business Patrol & Response at £199.99 for 12 months.
