Gardening

Often people will buy a pump for their pond thinking this will make a nice fountain, they get it home only to find there is no fountain nozzle / jet. This is not because some one has stolen it from the box. (well it may be) but more often than not it will be because it is waterfall or filter pump.

Not all pumps are able to operate nozzles, filter and waterfall pumps are designed to pump a high volume of water to a low height, which is ideal for a filter or waterfall, but fountain nozzles need water at “high” pressure in order for them to work, so the pump you have just brought has no nozzle.
