punchbag broke garage roof before, how do I attach safely?

It was attached directly to one of the rafters , its a 60kg punchbag.
Im a noob at diy, someone i think recommended that I install a noggin between two of the rafters and then hang the bag from the noggin, but I'm worried that still wont be safe enough. Can anyone explain how much more weight that setup can take? for example if attaching directly to the rafter, the roof could only handle a 20kg bag, how much will the noggin method take? Can anyone suggest a safer way? thanks!

I honestly don't recall, I know it wasn't cheap to fix whatever broke though.

How about a noggin between the two rafters and then attach plywood in four corners over the two rafters and in the middle of the noggin with the bag attachment. Will that spread it out well?

Get a length of 4x2 that will span at least 4 rafters, pilot hole the 4x2 where it will meet each rafter , two 6" screws in each.

Ok, thangs again, Finally about to buy the 2x4 or 2x8 depending on which hanger I get. the only problem I have is the bolts? supplied by the hangers are all too small. I'm having the wood go across 5 of the rafters and having the hanger in the middle rafter, I need as said before 6" for these too. Is there any reason I can't just replace the smaller screws for these hangers?

The holes I think are 8 or 9mm diameter here. Can I get 6 inch screws that arent too wide or too thin? I've looked at 6" woodscrews, but they all have a 6mm diameter. If the head of the screw is wider than the hole in the hanger does that mean its ok for the rest of the body to be thinner? I have no idea. Ive seen double countersink woodscrews that are 6" long but still have a 6mm diameter only, would that be strong enough? Would be 10 of these, 2 per rafter. Thankyou.

Get nuts and bolts to fix the hangar to the 4 x 2 or 8 x 2. Those things pictured are coach screws, they'd do but bolting through with washers on the back will be better.
Fixing the 4 x 2 or 8 x 2 to your ceiling joists-100 x 6mm screws will do that (if you're screwing through plasterboard make them 120 to play safe).

Ok 2 random new accounts just posted on this, one of which had its account and post immeidately deleted.
Maybe my roofers wife feels bad he ripped me off so badly lol.
I had it across 5 joists, used the leather strap wound round the plank multiple times to hang it from, was the best possible turnout, ill post a photo in a minute heh. shame i crippled myself too much to use both weights and the bag.
