    3-gang switch wiring

    I am trying to change the old 3 way switch with new ones and followed the old wiring onto the new switch. But the stupid thing won't work now. Entrance of home are 2 switches, one just a 2 way switch operating outside light; another side by side, a 3 way switch operating 2 lights on bottom...
