    Gas engineer it is. At least now I know what the possible cause is. Is it a big job to clean\replace the heat exchanger?

    Yes, that's correct. It's consistent across shower\basin\bath. Could there be something in the boiler restricting the flow of hot water or something? <-- complete guess! Thanks.

    Hi. Pressure at the bath and basin when taps are fully open is different. Cold pressure is greater. I have mixer downstairs so cant really tell there. Cheers.

    Hi all, Does anyone know if it's OK\benificial to have a corrosion\scale inhibitor and a boiler descaler in a system at the same time? ie. Sentinal X100 Central Heating Scale Inhibitor and Sentinel X200 Boiler Descaler. The guy who serviced the boiler (baxi, 11 years old) says it's kettling...
