The tiles they removed before fitting the new marley ones were probably twice as good in hindsight.
They dont make things as well as they used to.
Thanks for the reply, I must admit to thinking along those lines also, but I know for a fact there was certainly no visible cracks after installation 10 years ago I guess an advantage of a bungalow it's easier for the home owner to check

yes I painted water based white on top of oil based like chapters said I rubbed down oil based well then I applied usual water based undercover then gloss and it's really good...i love water based white I did my internal doors 22 years ago and still look perfect
